Taco Boudreaux’s teams up with Eatiply to help those in need
Brennan Ledet and manager/business partner Stephanie Kilgore made a promise. When their business, Taco Boudreaux’s, would “make it,” they would give back to the community.
Sticking to their promise, the local Cajun/Mexican fusion restaurant has teamed up with Eatiply to give food to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank to provide to those in need.
Ledet found out about the Minnesota-based nonprofit by researching charities.

The premise is simple, Ledet says. “For every meal I sell, we provide a meal to the charity of my choice. We started doing this about two months ago and it’s been going wonderfully.”
Ledet estimates he’s provided thousands of meals, and the costs are so small for his business that the decision to go with Eatiply was “no-brainer.”
“We’ve reached the two-year point where our restaurant is successful, and we can give back,” he says. “Once we started talking about it again, this was perfect. Being able to do this makes us feel awesome, and we’ll keep doing this forever, as long as the business is open.” —Matthew Sigur
