Sushi fans vote for cucumber wrap

Janet Aertker’s cucumber wrap (pictured) won the Tsunami summer sushi roll contest. Her Naruto roll featured escolar, tuna, salmon avocado, cilantro and paper-thin red onions topped with Kazan sauce and siracha. Aertker’s roll will be featured on Tsunami’s menu throughout the summer. At the Lafayette location of Tsunami, the summer roll is the Russo SlowYa roll, featuring fried shrimp, cream cheese, cucumber, a jalapeno crunch batter and spicy mayo.
