Sunday in the Park schedule announced – Six Sundays of music in the fall at a new time

The schedule for the upcoming season of Sunday in the Park has been released.

This year’s slate of shows features six bands, including a Grammy winner. The season will kick off October 6 with a performance from the high energy funk band The Main Squeeze. Also this season, concerts will start at 2 p.m. and end at 5 p.m. The concerts will be held on North Boulevard’s Town Square, and the shows are free.

October 6: The Main Squeeze. High energy funk.

October 13: Mountain Standard Time. Bluegrass fusion.

October 20: The Anteeks. Rock and country.

October 27: Terrance Simien & The Zydeco Experience. Zydeco.

November 3: Quiana Lynell & The Lush Life. R&B, funk and jazz.

November 10: Startisan. Local pop rock.
