The Barisal Guns, Baton Rouge’s own power rock band, hit the stage at the Caterie Friday night. With an easy 70s rock ‘n’ roll sound and smooth vocals, coupled with mid-performance jams and intricate solos, they’re worth braving any crowd. Doors open at 8 p.m., show starts at 10. Tickets are $5.
