Stick to a grocery budget while still enjoying organic meals

Rising food prices are forcing many in Baton Rouge to rethink their grocery lists. Whole Foods Market offers a Shopping on a Budget tour to advice people on sticking with the healthy, organic meals and a smaller budget. The hour-long classes start at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7 and at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, on the store’s main floor. Classes are free, but you must call Libby Quintana to reserve a spot, 218-0452, Ext. 262.
