Stadium hosts Cathead vodka pairing dinner

Stadium Sports Bar & Grill at L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge will host a Cathead vodka pairing dinner Tuesday, Nov. 12. The event kicks off with cocktails at 6:30 p.m., and the dinner begins at 7 p.m. with a five-course menu, starting with a pairing of honeysuckle vodka and bagels and lox. The second course is a charcuterie board paired with original vodka. The third course features pumpkin spice vodka paired with New York-style pumpkin pizza with house-made pepperoni. The fourth course pairs chicory liquor with a deli pastrami sandwich. For the final course, award-winner Chef Arlety Estévez has created an apple cider doughnut to go with a pecan vodka.
