Spanish Moon opens doors to New Orleans new wave
Since the release of T.V. EP earlier this year, New Orleans’ The Vettes have become the go-to band for keyboard-laden indie rock. In addition to garnering the cover for offBeat Magazine, playing Voodoo Fest and New York’s College Music Journal (CMJ) Festival, the band plays Spanish Moon this Friday night. If the curfew is still in tact, the show starts at 6 p.m. Oh Juliet! and Streamline are scheduled to open. Doors at 9 p.m. $8. 18 and up.
