So much ‘Carnage’

Things get awkward and aggressive fast between two sets of parents working through their sons’ recent schoolyard fight this Friday in director Roman Polanski’s potential Oscar-contender Carnage. Based on Yasmina Reza’s award-winning play Gods of Carnage, Kate Winslet and Christoph Waltz play a New York husband and wife that get more than they bargained for when they are invited to the home of couple Jodi Foster and John C. Reilly to sort out the beef between their children in this dark comedy of errors and verbal sparring. Rated R.
