Director Michael Bay teams up with Mark Wahlberg to reboot the action franchise. Wahlberg takes over as the main character and auto mechanic Cade Yeager in the latest Transformers movie, Age of Extinction, out this weekend. When Wahlberg’s character discovers an 18-wheeler that is one of the last remaining Transformers, Autobots, Decepticons and government officials attempt to destroy it. Bay and Wahlberg previously worked together on Pain & Gain. This is the fourth Transformers film, making it somewhat of a reboot. The last two films made tons of money, but are considered some of the worst summer films. Those wanting a more concise summer blockbuster might want to look elsewhere, though—Age of Extinction is 165 minutes long. Rated PG-13. View the trailer below.
