See the music doc Muscle Shoals Friday

Muscle Shoals, Ala. is a small town full of big sounds. Some of the greatest and most recognizable soul, rock ‘n’ roll and R&B hits have come from the town. More recently, bands like the Alabama Shakes have solidified its gold status. In a new documentary, director Greg “Freddy” Camalier celebrates Rick Hall, the founder of FAME Studios in the Alabama town as well as that signature “Muscle Shoals” sound.
