Baton Rouge’s opera company wraps up its 2013-2014 season with a performance of Johann Strauss’ Die Fledermaus. The light-hearted comedy features elaborate jokes, friendly rivalry, mistaken identity and one big party. Opéra Louisiane will perform the piece at Manship Theatre Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. Tickets start at $15. The performance will be in English and will feature some of Opéra Louisiane’s past season singers in leading roles, joined onstage by the Community Chorus and celebrity guests.
