See flamenco dancers Thursday – The Capital City gets a taste of Spanish dance this week.

The Capital City gets a taste of Spanish dance this week. One of the nation’s premier flamenco dance companies, Flamenco Vivo, is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Founded in 1983, the nonprofit company has had a mission to bring flamenco to mainstream audiences as well as bring its talent to schools nationwide with its outreach program. The company of energetic dancers, led by artistic director Carlota Santana, will perform Thursday at 8 p.m. at Manship Theatre. Tickets start at $20.
