See Baton Rouge Gallery’s latest exhibit – The local gallery debuts works from its newest members this month.

The local gallery debuts works from its newest members this month. At the monthly First Wednesday opening reception at 7 p.m., art lovers can get their first glance of works from Heather Ryan Kelley, Isoko Onodera and Jessica Sharpe at Baton Rouge Gallery (1515 Dalrymple Dr.) The exhibit features Kelley’s somber yet celebratory “vanitas paintings,” Onodera’s examination of blurry photos and Sharpe’s multimedia investigation of time. The three artists will also be on hand for a special ARTiculate artist talk Sunday at 4 p.m. The discussion is free and open to the public. If you miss this week’s activities, the works will be on view Tuesday-Sunday, noon-6 p.m., through June 26.
