Salty Dog Cocktail

6 oz. ice cubes
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. triple sec
4 oz. grapefruit juice
Squeeze of fresh lime
Kosher salt and grapefruit slices for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Pour in the vodka, triple sec and grapefruit juice and shake well.

3. Wet the rim of a cocktail glass and dip it into kosher salt.

4. Pour the contents from the cocktail shaker into the prepared glass and squeeze in the lime juice.

5. Serve with a slice of grapefruit for garnish and enjoy.

(Note: No worries if you don’t care for the salt around the rim of the glass. When served without salt, this cocktail is called a Greyhound.)
