Rue Cou Cou to showcase local painter for the rest of the year

If you can’t make it out to Rue Cou Cou on Government Street for White Light Night this Friday, you still have a chance to take in some local art. Jovann Armstrong will be showcasing some of her signature oil paintings during the open house at the gallery Friday, but her works will remain up for viewing through the end of December.
