Roundup: Yookoso open on Third Street … Cuban Liquor open on Perkins

Yookoso means welcome: Yookoso Japanese Restaurant has opened on Third Street, replacing the Chinese buffet restaurant at that location. Yookoso is open for lunch, Mondays through Fridays. Holiday spirits: Cuban Liquor of Baton Rouge is now open. The package store sells beer, wine and liquor. Dave Remmetter, who owns Chelsea’s Café, brought back the Perkins Road store with his partner, Mark Suchanek.
