Roundup: VooDoo recognized as “Top Franchise” … Fuzzy’s Tacos coming to LSU area

VooDoo at the top: New Orleans-based franchise VooDoo BBQ & Grill was recognized as a Top Franchise in two categories by Entrepreneur Magazine. It ranked No. 23 in the Top New Franchise category, and No. 326 in the Top 500 Franchise category, both of which rank franchises from hotels to hair salons. Taco frenzy: Texas-based franchise Fuzzy’s Taco Shop will open its first Baton Rouge location the week of April 4, close to LSU campus at Lee and Burbank. Fuzzy’s features inexpensive Tex-Mex, including ready-made breakfast burritos and a children’s menu.
