Roundup: Nottoway chef wins “Cooking with Community” contest

Nottoway on top: Chef Chris Wadsworth of Nottoway Plantation’s Mansion Restaurant took top honors in this year’s “Cooking with Community Coffee” Contest in New Orleans. Chefs were challenged to use the coffee in one or more of their courses. Wadsworth’s five courses each implemented a different Community Coffee blend—such as pecan-smoked duck breast, chocolate café au lait mousse, and chocolate chicory soufflé.
