Roundup: Mike Anderson’s serves again … Cane’s among U.S.’s fastest-growing chains
Set the hook: A little more than three months since a fire gutted Mike Anderson’s Seafood, the popular West Lee Drive restaurant reopened last week. “We had a good turnout in the main dining room; all the booths were full, and we’re really happy with how it’s going,” says Courtney Dodson, the restaurant’s events and marketing coordinator. Renovations began almost immediately after a Dec. 13 fire left the restaurant shuttered in the middle of the busy holiday season. An official grand reopening will be held Saturday.
