Roundup: Jim Urdiales elected to LRA State Board of Directors

Jim at large: Jim Urdiales, owner of Mestizo and La Mestiza restaurants, was elected to the At Large position of the Louisiana Restaurant Association State Board of Directors last week. His term on the executive committee will become effective on Jan. 1, 2011.
