Cheesy concept: Lafayette resident Dana Romero has launched acadianacheese.com, an online fromagerie, which offers home delivery of specialty cheeses from all over the country and imported cheeses from overseas. For a delivery charge of approximately $5, customers from Lake Charles to Baton Rouge can order everything from sheep’s milk cheeses from Spain to Chevre from from St. Martinville. Krafty support: The New Orleans-based healthy-concept restaurant, NAKEDpizza, has gotten investment from Kraft Group, owners of the New England Patriots. Investors hope to broaden the scope of the healthy pizza restaurants by opening nationwide franchises later this year. The real thing: After 60 years in its current facility in Shreveport, Coca-Cola Enterprises is preparing to break ground on a $10 million sales and distribution center. Completion is expected by October or November 2010.
