Rotolo’s new location on Government has big ol’ patio

In an attempt to get a slice of the community college business, Rotolo’s Pizzeria opened its third Baton Rouge spot on Government Street between Raising Cane’s and Andrew’s Food Mart. And get this: It’s one of the few restaurants in Mid City with a spacious outdoor patio. Wednesdays is the $4.99 calzone special (regularly $7.99). Rotolo’s serves gourmet sandwiches (such as the chicken parmesan for $7.99), pizzas starting at $12.99, vegetarian-friendly wraps and several unusual salads, including honey lime cilantro and raspberry cane.
