‘Roommate’ wanted

Two of television’s most talked about starlets move in together this Friday for an update on the Bridget Fonda-Jennifer Jason Leigh creeper Single White Female. The Roommate stars Fright Night Lights cheerleader and future Charlie’s Angels star Minka Kelly who arrives on campus and is assigned a seemingly innocent roommate played by Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester. The girls hit it off, swap clothes and even look a lot alike, but the honeymoon phase ends when Meester’s obsessive co-ed stops taking doctor prescribed medication and her mood swings turn dangerous. Does she want to be a part of Kelly’s life, or does she want Kelly’s life for herself? Nina Dobrev, Cam Gigandet and Billy Zane co-star. Rated PG-13.
