Road trip: Arnaudville’s floating fires worth the drive

The fourth-annual Le Feu et l’Eau Rural Arts Celebration–Fire and Water in Arnaudville, featuring the town’s signature “floating fires,” happens all weekend. Activities include a flaming fiddle competition for amateurs, half-pipe skateboard and bike exhibit, dozens of artists and craftsmen, film screenings, bluegrass jams, drum circles and, of course, food.
