Renaissance Hotel selects executive chef
Andy Papson has been appointed executive chef of Tallulah Crafted Food and Wine Bar, located inside the Renaissance Hotel, which is expected to open soon. Papson will oversee the culinary operations of the 256-room hotel and Tallulah, which will serve cuisine from around Louisiana and house-crafted menu items. The restaurant will serve during all meal periods and feature private dining for intimate meetings and an outdoor terrace for entertaining. Papson comes to the Renaissance from Marriott New Orleans, where he has been executive chef since 2007.
