Aneurism Outreach Inc. holds its 7th annual fundraising event, “Louisiana Friday Night,” at the Varsity Theatre on Friday. Arrive early to bid on a wide array of items, from trips to pamper packages, while you get down to the tunes of local funkmeisters the Michael Foster Project and Something Blue. All proceeds benefit aneurism research and early screenings for at-risk patients in Louisiana communities. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. varsitytheatre.com
