Preserving Louisiana history

The Foundation for Historical Louisiana presents the 35th annual Preservation Awards on Tuesday, July 12 at the Hilton Capitol Center. This storied event honors those who have often stood between the wrecking ball and Louisiana’s historical places—this year’s recipients include Elise Grenier, Leo Honeycutt and Brad Vogel. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour featuring a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres. Dinner and the awards program lasts from 7:15 until 9 p.m. Support historic preservation and buy your tickets today—$75 for Foundation members and $85 for guests.
