Planetarium show to feature U2
In 1987 it was The Joshua Tree. Then Achtung Baby and the Zoo TV tour in the 1990s. The new millennium has them reapplying for the job of best band in the world. Experience two decades of U2’s timeless classics and modern hits as the Irene W. Pennington Planetarium launches its newest visual music entertainment show. This is the first-ever full-dome production featuring U2’s musical interpretation in 5.1 surround sound. Opens June 7 and continues every Saturday through May 2009. Tickets $8, $5 for members. 7 p.m.
