Pico de Gallo with Avocado

1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 fresh jalapeo, seeded and chopped
2 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 ripe avocados, chopped
1 Tbsp. cilantro
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt

1. Place the onion, jalapeo, tomatoes and avocados into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the cilantro, lime juice and salt.
3. Stir well to combine and serve along with arepas.
