From 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at Perkins Rowe this Saturday, and noon-6 p.m. Sunday, enjoy free kids’ activities, live music and browse the stalls of dozens of artists at the 3rd annual Perkins Rowe Arts Festival in the main square. Free to the public.
