PBS show The Mind of a Chef focuses on Louisiana

In the PBS show, The Mind of a Chef, Chef Sean Brock takes a look at the influence of Louisiana cuisine. The episode features food writer John T. Edge taking Brock to Middendorf’s Restaurant.
