On the road: New Orleans Daiquiri Festival moved to this weekend
It’s not déjŕ vu. The New Orleans Daiquiri Festival that was originally scheduled for last weekend has moved to this weekend. The event was postponed due to permit issues, according to festival officials. The festival will begin Saturday at noon at 527 Elysian Fields Ave. (Map it!) and includes live performances from Sissy Nobby, The Stooges Brass Band and more, as well as soul food, barbecue and craft daiquiris.
