On the road: Cochon de Lune at Bayou Teche Brewing
Pig & Plough Suppers, a slow food dinner series benefitting Acadiana Food Circle, will host a Cochon de Lune celebration at Bayou Teche Brewery in Arnaudville Sunday at 5 p.m. Chef Jeremy Conner of Pour and Lache Pas Boucherie et Cuisine owner Toby Rodriguez will roast a pig. Gelato from Carpe Diem will also be on hand. Bayou Teche will also have a cask of Loup Garou, a Belgian-inspired Imperial Stout that has chocolate roasted Belgian malts, brown sugar and French hops. The band Dieson featuring Wilson Savoy and Deigo Martin-Perez will play old Cajun and swing tunes as well. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for children and available here.
