Now open: Pei Wei

P.F. Chang’s fast service Asian diner Pei Wei is now open in Baton Rouge. The Capital City location hosted a soft opening last week and is now open to the public.

The restaurant features a limited menu with lighter offerings such as lettuce wraps, soups, salads as well as wok entrees, prepared in your choice of flavor profiles and noodle bowls. Smaller items such as vegetable spring rolls, pork egg rolls, crab wontons and more are also available.

Pei Wei is the latest restaurant to open in the Acadian Village shopping center. The restaurant’s hours are Monday-Thursday and Sunday, 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m., and Friday-Saturday, 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. For more information on Pei Wei, call 389-0022. —Matthew Sigur
