Memory, Memorial: Works by James Kimura-Green opens next Monday at LSU’s Foster Gallery. The gallery’s hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. A free closing reception will be held next Friday at 6 p.m. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

Poke & Ponder, an exhibit from Alyssa Leinweber kicks off next Monday at the Firehouse Gallery at the Arts Council building. Gallery hours are 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. A free closing reception will be held Tuesday, April 29, at 7 p.m.

Of Moving Colors hosts CODE RED at the Louisiana State Capitol next Wednesday at noon. The event will feature a new work choreographed by Sandra Parks and a mass public performance. RSVP and get more information.
