New Year’s Resolution

I made a New Year’s resolution. Something simple yet impactful in every area of my life. I’ve resolved to communicate with people in the method they find most effective. It’s a noisy world out there, and using a manner that’s convenient for me may not be the most effective to get my point across.

This resolution means I have to rethink everything from others’ points of view. Or in some cases, outright ask.
