“I’d have to say my current obsession is the seared duck breast with corn and sage parmesan grits at Stroube’s Chophouse. It’s a great combination of gourmet flavor and presentation, and unlike many gourmet dishes is thoroughly filling. If they had it in a lunch portion I’d be taking the five-block walk from our office far more often.”
