My favorite dish is one that I have yet to find done just right except for the way my wife prepares it. For me there is nothing like some very tender smothered pork chops with rice and gravy from the Table Is Bread. It’s one of my favorites. The meat falls off the bones and nearly melts in your mouth, or at least it seems that way to me. Of course the meat and gravy have to have the appropriate balance of seasoning.
