Boo tells us her must-eat food obsession: “At least once a week, I must go to FRESH Salads and Wraps at the Main Street Market downtown and have one of their salads. My absolute favorite is the Brickhouse Salad, with grilled chicken and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Add a few edamame beans to the many fresh veggies, and you have a delicious, fresh, filling, yet healthy treat!”
