“My brand-new obsession is Fat Cow Burgers, which is very me—I’m a huge burger person. I tried their Napa burger, which was just phenomenal, and the duck fat fries, too. I just think the out-of-the-ordinary ingredients are so clever—my burger had goat cheese, red onion marmalade and arugula on it, which are things I’d have never considered putting on a burger, but it completely works. I love their ‘upscale burger’ idea—it makes the hamburger something really special, worth going out for. And the duck fat fries—wow! I didn’t even know you could do that. The intensity of the flavor was incredible—they took a bland ol’ potato and surprised me with it. From now on, if I’m going to splurge on a burger, I’m definitely going there. The calories are worth it!”
