“My favorite is the ruby red trout with brown lemon butter caper sauce at DiGiulio’s. First off, it’s pan-sauteed, so you’ve got that little bit of crisp going on. And how can you go wrong with lemon, butter and capers? It’s an off-the-menu item, but they have it all the time, anyway. DiGiulio’s is such a friendly little neighborhood place: You see the same people every time, and the waiters know you so well that they can practically bring you your food without needing you to order anything!”
