“My perfect meal would start with the crabmeat cheesecake appetizer at Ruffino’s. It’s amazing! I would follow that with Galatoire’s trout meuničre amandine. It’s my favorite dish and it’s always a treat to be at Galatoire’s whether here or in New Orleans. And for the perfect finish, I’d have Walk On’s cookie bowl.
