“My obsession is definitely Djon’s Restaurant on Florida Boulevard. My perfect meal there would definitely be a chef salad with ranch dressing, followed by baked catfish with steamed asparagus and a fully loaded baked potato with chives, cheese, butter—the works! I’d also have some French toast, and dessert would be their delicious bread pudding. For a drink, I’d have lemonade or a glass of White Zinfandel.”
