Movies Music on the Lawn gets ‘Lost’

Baton Rouge Gallery’s popular film series, Movies & Music on the Lawn hosts its grand finale for 2012 with the classic 1925 silent film The Lost World, featuring pioneering stop-motion effects by Willis O’Brien—the artist responsible for the later classic King Kong. The film airs Saturday at 8 p.m. on a towering inflatable screen on the lawn behind BRG, within BREC’s historic City Park, and will also feature an improvisational soundtrack from popular local electronic musician DJ OttO.
