With this lovely Louisiana weather we’ve been having* the closet shuffle is in full swing. Your boots are still getting wear, but your shorts are making their way into the weekend rotation as well. Enjoy these few weeks of light sweater weather and embrace the experience of an actual spring!

Kimono-style wraps have been a trend in the last year. Once I finally got my hands on one I realized that I had no clue how I would style it. Talk about a dilemma! To keep the focus on the kimono, I kept the rest of the outfit simple. Dark skinnies and a basic tee are the perfect backdrop to a pretty printed blouse. Add neutral loafers—they’re better than ballet flats, I tell you, and stacks of eye-catching jewelry.
