Mid-week market has a bun in the oven

Forte Grove Artisanal Breads is the newest vendor at the Thursday mid-week Red Stick Farmers Market at 7248 Perkins Road. Trained in the art of French and Italian style bread-making, Forte Grove bakes delicious artisanal breads using organic flour. They’re from Plaquemine and bake loaves of cranberry pecan, kalamata olive, rosemary lemon, whole wheat multigrain and ciabatta. Also baguettes, orange almond biscotti and cinnamon rolls.
