Mestizo’s new hours in the New Year, happy hour menu

Happy New Year’s, lovers of this Mexico-Creole fusion eatery off the I-10 at Acadian Thruway. Mestizo announces a new happy hour featuring a $5 bar menu and $5 tapas weekdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. When’s the last time you had a fresh mango margarita? New restaurants hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Mestizo is closed Sundays. (File photo)
