Melters at the Moon

Local group Melters may have been named for the effect they have on the audience once they lay out one of their crazy pop-punk riffs. Their EP Neato made our list of “most intriguing albums of 2008” and easy to see why: their sound manages to sound both classic rock and brand-new at the same time.
