Matrix fans, prepare yourselves for Wanted

Early reviews are astounding for this stylish, some might say cartoonish, action flick that looks like the spiritual successor to The Matrix, only with more bullet ballets and less computer geekery. James McAvoy stars as a 9-to-5 office drone who is called out of his humdrum existence by Angelina Jolie and her secret order of assassins who want to train him to avenge his father’s death. Unfortunately McAvoy turns her down and goes back to his engrossing game of solitaire. Just kidding, they team up. Morgan Freeman and Terence Stamp co-star. Rated R.
