Mardi Gras Mambo, parades roll downtown

Don’t forget this weekend’s Mardi Gras Mambo 10k and 1-mile Fun Run from scenic downtown to LSU on Saturday. The mile-long race starts at 8:30 a.m. and the 10k starts at 9 a.m. at the Baton Rouge Atrium. Plenty of jambalaya, beer and sodas—and a free T-shirt. $18.
